  37. My recent dealings with Olson Software have been very positive.  E-mails have 
  38. been answered promptly and satisfactorily (within 48 hours).  As for the 
  39. software, perhaps HWA has its limitations, but for most help development 
  40. tasks, it is a great program at a reasonable price.
